Refund Eligibility

  1. Subscription Services: If you are not satisfied with our subscription-based services, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

  2. One-Time Purchases: For one-time services or assessments, refunds are available within 7 days of the purchase, provided the service has not been utilized or completed.

  3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable. These include completed skill or psychometric assessments, and any service where the completion involves third-party costs that Intiant cannot recover.

Requesting a Refund

  1. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@intiant.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  2. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 days of the request.

Modifications to Services

If a service is modified after your purchase (e.g., change in features or deliverables), you will be eligible for a refund within a specified window of 3 days from the date of the modification announcement.

Cancellation of Services

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged thereafter.
